Return Policy

Once orders have been processed and shipped, all orders are considered final and cannot be cancelled or returned for a refund. We only offer returns or exchanges for damaged goods (ex. crushed seeds).  

Exchanges: Should you wish to return purchased goods for any reason, you need to contact us first by e-mail to confirm your exchange within 14 days of receipt of your order. Any goods returned without prior consent will sent back.

Damaged / Faulty Goods: In the unlikely event that an item is found to be damaged, you may send it back for a replacement, not a refund within 14 days of receipt of your order.
